Our Services

Buyers Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

Pre-purchase home inspection from a customer is the most common of all the inspections we are being asked to complete. The initial aim is to classify the defects already present.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

The aim is to assess the nature of certain characteristics of the construction of a given structure, which in case of strong winds such as those of a hurricane would help to reinforce it.

4 - Point Insurance Inspection

“Four Point Inspection” focuses on the four major areas of concern in home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)
Electrical wiring and panels
Plumbing connections and fixtures
Roof
