Buyers Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
The most common of all the inspections that we are asked to complete, a buyer’s Pre-purchase home inspection is performed as part of a real estate purchase.
Its purpose is to determine the existence of certain features of a given structure’s construction that will help strengthen it in the event of strong winds such as those of a Hurricane.
4 - Point Insurance Inspection

Electrical wiring and panels
Plumbing connections and fixtures
